Help with NuaCares.

Find clear next steps for beta access, private updates, consent, care-circle invitations and account controls.

Urgent or medical help: NuaCares is not an emergency service and does not replace a clinician. Contact local emergency services when someone may be in immediate danger.

Private beta access

NuaCares is preparing limited, supervised trials with adults, families and care partners. Participation is voluntary and each support path is enabled separately.

Request an invitation

Start with a protected Nua Account using Google or a passwordless email link. After sign-in, beta access remains a separate, explicit request.

Private updates

  • Open an update only on the account and device that received it.
  • Check its named audience, expiry, source and uncertainty before relying on it.
  • Ask the person who shared it to resend when access has expired.
  • Do not forward private care information outside the chosen care circle.

Consent and access

The person using NuaCares can review the exact purpose and audience of a link, pause a support path, revoke a care-circle invitation or delete the account. Revocation stops future access and invalidates cached private updates.

Account and privacy help

Use only the verified support contact shown inside NuaCares or in its official store listing. Support will never ask for a password, one-time code, full medical record or raw household recording by ordinary email.

For details about what can be shared and how access is limited, read the NuaCares privacy boundaries.
